Why is my fish acting like this?

their could be many reasons.

-its pregnant if its a female

-it could be dying if its losing color

-its feels to enclosed and if its a new fish its overwhelmed

Is it big it a she? If so she could be pregnent they are livebearers and she may be getting ready to have her babies

I have a red molly fish that has started just laying on the bottom of the tank. It eats everytime I feed the fish, but it will go back to the bottom of the tank and looks like it is dead. Why would it be acting like this? I have 5 other fish and none of them do this laying on the bottom of the tank thing.
