why is my dirt bike not going froward when i give it gas?

my dirt bike is a Honda crf70f .when i put in to gear and i give it gas it either sputters and dies or dies 2in from where it started. yes i drained the gas i put new gas in. i even tried putting it in gear then running then giving it gas then it sputters or the wheel locks up and it dies. please help
 
It could possibly be the spark plug. You should make sure that the spark plug has a spark. If it doesn't that could be the problem.
 
check your carberator, fuel lines, fuel filter, air filter, hope one of those is the problem so u can fix it :)
