Why is my dirt bike leaking gas?

I have a 2004 Honda crf150f and it is leaking gas out of the carburetor overflow. It starts leaking out as soon as I turn the fuel line on and it doesn't stop. Can you tell me what is wrong with it and how can i fix it?
