I turned my cell phone off (Verizon) before going to bed. When I turned it back on again all I got was a message on my lower screen "Bootblock Version u540_bb:AB26.1" And upper screen - "Download started--- Emergency@USB_ISR." Now I can't turn the phone off, no keys will do anything, will not charge - nothing. I would call Verizon, but I can't even do that. I tried calling my number from another phone and It would not unlock, but did record my message. What gives? The screen stays lit and my battery is running down. Help!!
