Why is my brothers Xbox live account a 4 1/2 star when mine is better than his in...

...every way? I have 1050 gamerpoints. unlocked way more acheviments than him, and I'm a 3 1/2 star! he has 540 gamerpoints, and has hardly any acheviments unlocked! In halo I have way better stuff than he does. and I dont just have acheviments for halo. I got acheviments for alot of games. he has like two games with acheviments and they all equal 540 togeather... mine is frigin 1050! and I should be at least a 4 star! WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
The stars don't represent your gamerscore, its your rep with other players. Basically he's had more people submit good reviews about him.
