Why is my blackberry storm keyboard out of order?

The letters on the keyboard, when flipped horizontally and on QWERTY are out of place. basically the Rows are top middle and bottom are inverted. A is where Q is suppose to be WER are where ZXC are suppose to be..? how do i fix this?
 
Go to options, language and text input, then change keyboard layout to qwerty or automatic.
 
Call the company. It may be a factory mistake, and you can get a replacement. Otherwise, they may be able to guide you on how to fix it!
