Why is my battery sensor light flashing on my car?

Ok, So recently my ground (-) battery cable broke from sitting a long winter. Ended up ruining my alternator and i replaced that but when it first happened i broke down on a late night somehow i broke a starter cable so i put that back on today after driving it like that (without knowing it was broke of coarse) also i had to ground the battery weird. does anyone know why my battery light flashes??

The car is running great and the great is good so im not sure.
i replaced the battery cables
oh and its while i drive also
the cars in perfect operating condition.....
 
suggest you take it to an auto electrician for a check maybe faulty battery or a loose connection on the alternator
the check should be free but get a written estimate for repairs and decide if you can do it yourself
