Why is my battery in my car gets as low as 9 with 2 Capacitors?

Here is my problem. I have a 3000 watt Diesel Audio Monoblock Amplifier hooked up to 2 15inch Rockford Fosgate P3 subwoofers. I also have hooked up is a Boss Digital 2-Farad Capacitor and a Rockford Fosgate 1-farad capacitor. I am running 4 gauge wiring on everything. Also my system is hooked up to 2 ohms. Now even with 2 capacitors i can see when i hit my bass pretty hard that the battery gauge still goes crazy and sometimes goes at about 9 instead of 14 or 15... Does anyone know whats going on? Thank you for your answers!! :))

All the cap is for is to even out the stream of power. If you are dipping, than you don't have enough juice to handle what the amp is drawing. Battery, big 3 upgrade and high output alternator is most likely what you will need. Hope this helped.
