I just got this computer from my sister, it's used. I am really annoyed and confused. When I play a song in Media Player, the song always pauses near the end, then continues. When I try VLC player, the song plays but I can't hear it for a few seconds; and then i hear it, not from the beginning, but a few seconds in. And if I start the song over, I am able to hear the part that I missed. And then, with MSN messenger, the alert sounds are delayed.
I don't know how to describe it any better. Does anyone know what's wrong? How could it I fix it? Please help me.
