Why is my 97 Honda Accord Overheating?

I have a 4 cylinder 97 Honda accord se that is overheating. I have put in a new radiator and a new thermostat, which didn't help. The fans are working. I know the rear oxygen sensor needs to be replaced but that wouldn't cause the car to overheat would it? The car overheats, then when you cut it off, it won't start again until it cools down. Any ideas?
 
My only guess is when you bring it to the dealer for regular service they go and unscrew something or pull wires or brake the tail light and then you call them and they say emergency bring it in for service and they charge you like 10 thousand for the scam and all you really need to do is titan a bolt or so.
