not be smoking at all..? 1993 mazda b2600 smokes after using royal purple motor oil.
 
Added too much oil? Or It may be just burning off of the exhaust pipe if you spilled any.
 
that oil has a lot of detergent, it wash your old oil stuck in the engine

it removes the sludge that was holding the leak in the valves and now the new oil gets into the piston making the smoke

is not the oil fault to make it smoke, you has a previous problem with the valve seals
