why is my 1996 dodge voyager dieing down the road?

I have a 1996 dodge voyager 3.0 drive down the road and dies have replace fuel filter and pump could it be mass i dont know it is readin codes that dont make since like 12 11 and 33 im really thanking that it is the ignition. please help got mad and slammed it into a curb yesterday im just frustrated. That didnt fix it either lol.
 
I have experienced many chrysler faults that were similar to this, They would drive fine for a little while and then just shut off, most of them were caused by faulty crankshaft position sensors. They would get hot and stop working but after letting it sit for a while would start right up. The sensors are mostly made of plastic and they would crack, the heat from driving would cause the crack to expand and stop working then when it would cool down they would work again.
