when i start my car the rpm's jump from about 600-800 up to 1300-1500,it drives fine but it always surges when it idols. i replaced throttle body and it made no difference.
vacuum leak, check everything on the intake manifold, did you change out the idle air control valve? there is another valve on the rear of the intake manifold that could be clogged or loose, check to make sure your pcv system is free flowing, if when you changed out your throttle body you reused the idle air control thats most likley your problem
