delay for the debate? What a wuss!!! He's scared to death to face Obama in the debates...SO lets see McCain:
-suspends his campaign
-requests to push back the debates
-Palin is still not talking to anyone...McCain should throw in the towel. Obama is more than capable to go Washington and can simultaneously run his campaign.....come on McCain you have to be able to multitask!!!! I smell DEFEAT

WHY THE HELL CAN'T MCCAIN DO BOTH ? What BS -- he knows he can't stand up to Obama in a debate.

McCain is scared to debate. Looking for excuses.
He says he wants to put aside politics to address the ecomony.
The economy is intertwined with politics.

He's not making sense anymore. Too senile.

So guess he'll wait a couple of years until the economy gets better before debating? What a lame excuse.

In fairness, I would imagine both candidates are very eager to express their opinions on the matter since one of them will inherit the fiasco.

It's a political stunt, and everyone who's either cheering for it or denouncing it is getting played like a fiddle.

Yes - after the very worst president in US History, the republicans figured they could get away with it ONE MORE TIME - and put up the two worst candidates in US History.

And I think it's all begun to slide now - and it's falling apart for the republicans. 30 years of fraud, wars, lies, murder, torture, kidnapping and just plain unthinkable stupidity have finally exposed them as the filthy unAmerican scum they are.

And John McCain is running away.

He knows that if he faces Obama in the debates he will get crushed.
He's a Republican, so all of Bush's mistakes will in a way be thrown in his direction. He's trying to figure out how to get out of this pickle he's in.

Let's see..

McCain DESTROYED Obama in their other debate.. so I doubt that he's scared of it.

But I can understand the shock you're facing.. it's certain none of your preferred candidates would EVER put the country's well being above politics.

I don't always agree with McCain's politics, but the man is nothing but loyal to this country. And that counts for a lot.
