Why is it when a person is very tired and run down, they have an eternal

the body cells r overheated and they perform a kind of exhalation process in which they release the inside heat and cools down. also the sweat(bad water)s let out through pores.when we work hard it s said dat v burn calories of energy(note dat sometimes calorie s used for heat also) .
 
heat going on like a hot flash? i know the body is working overtime but what exactly causes this?
