My friends think it's weird a teacher and I get on really, really well. I don't see it as weird.
The teacher taught me last semester, it was awesome... The class I mean. I wish he was teaching me this semester, though, he isn't. I bought him a gift. I really wanted him to have this gift because when he'd hear it or something like it, he'd be like "Oh, haha!"

It's his birthday soon. I got him something. Not much. Pretty much a piece of paper, but what's on it is important, in fact, it's not even from me technically! Like, I set it up... But it's not really from me. It's an email from a band he likes... That I got for him.
How and why is it weird if a student gets along so well with a teacher?!
We've got loads in common... But... It's not really weird is it? We don't classify each other as friends.
