why is it that we have to lose thing we love?

Talk about a good headfake!

I was so equipped to answer a completely different question when I clicked on the title question...

...now I have to get prepared for another round of Y!A induced nightmares!

Everything must come to an end, it is just a fact of life. Nothing is forever but with every end come a new begining.

Hmmm ... the sun is going to destroy the earth or black holes? Wow. I was going to answer the question "why we lose things we love" because it teachs us painful lessons... but then the whole solar plexus stuff threw me. :/

We're more likely to end up blowing ourselves to bits before the sun. But maybe we could be a little more optimistic about it. Who knows maybe civilized society won't end up destroying itself and we'll eventually make super-advanced technology to conquer the threat of imploding suns and black holes. Yes it's very far-fetched, but none of us would be here anyway, so why worry about it?

As Frank Sinatra once said,

"That's life, that's what all the people say.
You're riding high in April,
Shot down in May"

I'm sorry for your lost
