...natural? for me personally, i just dont like natural styles( afro's, kinky twist etc) NO I HAVE NOT BEEN BRAINWASHED they are just to hard to manage and time consuming and i like diffrent hair styles. like either straight or wavy.

anyway, i havent had a perm in a year, i just get my hair flat ironed n pressed and i wear extentions(my hair doesnt break)

why is it that people are riding on our backs about how we wear our hair?

im embracing the fact that i havent had a perm but i have afros' period. ( i like long hair that actually fits me!)
 
If you want to wear your hair naturally or if you want to paint it blue and hang Easter eggs in it, all that really matters is if you like it or not. Other people ought to worry about their own selves instead of picking on others.
I am a member of an Indian tribe in Florida and other kids used to pick on me because I did not wear my hair in braids (even though nobody in our tribe wore braids). It used to infuriate me to be picked on about that.
It is OK to be an individual instead of a sheep mindlessly following the rest of the group. People ought to mind their own business. One day maybe they will.
If anybody says anything stupid to you don't even honor it with a response. Totally and completely ignore the comment.
