Hello there, quick question.
To lose about a pound a week, I'm supposed to be eating under 1400 calories a day. Usually, I'm around 1200-1350 per day, and I exercise and burn about 1500-2000 calories per week by going to the gym.
I've been eating this amount, and maintaining my current weight, which doesn't make sense because from online calculators, I'm supposed to be eating around 1900-2000 calories a day to maintain.
Why haven't I seen results?
