really slow car there? Every time I exit onto a ramp off the highway, there's like a 95% chance that there's a really slow car in the area, making me have to drop speed and break, otherwise I need to speed up and look like an a-hole just so I don't miss the exit.

WHY????? Is there some knida scientific reason for this? Or just really annoying ppl?
