why is it that commercial brew coffee prepared in a commercial coffeemaker tastes so

much more better than? conventional ground roast coffee in a french press? i work at a restaurant where they prepare this kind of coffee and it taste so much more better than my french press made coffee, also when i take it black it doesnt irritate my stomach as much and just taste way better, can the coffee experts please explain as to whats going on????????? THANKS A LOT.
