As far as reparations, the japanese got them because they were all mostly alive. And how do you give money to blacks alive today when their ancestors might have owned slaves themselves?

Blacks were discriminated against in general, which of course is wrong, but it's hard to decide how much to give from discriminatory actions over a period of time. And are black tribes in Africa going to give reparations for mistreatment of other black tribes over generations? And going back to the other answer, they were even business partners with the European and American slave traders.
