B Brad O New member Nov 7, 2010 #1 Yesterday I had a mole removed and the doctor told me to use lots of neosporin for 3 weeks. I know it's to prevent infection, but when i get other wounds I don't treat them as much. So why is it so important to treat this kind of wound?
