Why is it so hard to find a Honda Civic with Electronic Stability Control?

I am looking to buy a 2008 or 2009 used 4 door Honda Civic, with auto transmission and electronic stability control. There are thousands of these, except none of them have electronic stability control. Why is this? And does anyone know where I can find one that does have it? Thanks!
