Why is it really hard to turn my steering wheel in my 92 toyota mr2 turbo?

well this is what happen... Now when I am driving the vehicle I feel like a force on the steering wheel pulling to the other side of where I want to turn. Feel alot of resistance in the steering wheel.. I already check the ps fluid, and everything seems ok. So I have no idea what could of be??? help please
no my tires are not flat or anything like that. and I am talking that it feels a force when I turn left or right not when I am going straight,... Like idk how to explain, it feels a force or resistance when I am turning, but after a point in the turn the resistance go away and all is better
 
It might be your wheel alignment. like if your going straight and you let go of the steering wheel it goes right or left by itself it's your wheel alignment.
