Why is it OK to criticize Islam in the western media but never Judaism?

Recently western newspapers deliberately printed an insulting cartoon against the Islam faith to provoke attention for our rights to 'Freedom of Speech'.

What makes Holocaust denial, a form of Anti-Semitism against the Jews, different from the caricatures portraying Mohammad, the founder of Islam, as a terrorist? Is this not also a form of attacking one group of people because of the religion they adhere to, i.e. all Moslems?

Why is the hate propaganda against the Moslems considered legitimate opinion while the hate propaganda against the Jews is a crime?

It defies rational thinking and can only be explained with the logic of a class society ruled by hypocrites who find it useful to attack the Moslems at a given moment – when it serves their interests – while sacrificing some of their Nazi servants, when this also suits them.

Also as the new civilised society why did our news channels show us the barbarian hanging of Saddam Hussein?
At the end of the day we're either moving together as fellow humanitarians [like religions like to preach] or in fact we are hate centered selfish beings that behave more like animals.

It apppears that we are devolving back towards savage animals, not evolving! What with condoning illegal wars and Islamic propaganda and all.

By the way I'm not a moslim but I do sympathize with a culture that has been beaten and tortured by imperialists for years and years.

I watch the one that always reports from Israel and never mentions Jews in a bad light or their disproportionate attack on the Palestinians in the West Bank.

The same BBC who's chief executive is also a Jew.

We need to see the error in this prejudiced thinking to bring humanity together not go back to being animals as we are so obviously heading.

Lets start with word Moslems. I do not edit you, but I just want to tell you that this word regards as offensive for Muslim people, and it is better to use word Muslims. Then, lets talk about this cartoon about Mohammad. It is called freedom of speech and newspaper can print this article, but if this article offended Muslims, they are supposed go to the court instead of destroying Danish buildings around the world and trying to kill the artists. This called civilized way to deal with the problem.
Also, it is difficult ot deal with racial hatred or any other kind of hatred, because there are many sites and newspapers in the world that make offensive comments, and it is impossible to shut them all. For example, some Muslim newspaper make offensive comment about Christianity and Judaism, but nobody ever talked about this problem. In addition, people should be a little be less sensitive about this religious stuff. We all know one man named Marilyn Manson who flushed bible in the toilet, and Family Guy cartoon with ton of religious jokes, but there were just few people who complained about that. Now about Jews. It is not Jewish fault that somebody attacked Muslims in the cartoon, or in any other kind of attacks. There are about 1.5 billion Muslims worldwide, and I think that they have enough power and money to protect own religion. Finally, you said about a culture that has been beaten and tortured by imperialists for years and years, but I really do not see that. For example, American did not change a culture and religion of Saudi Arabia, and I can say that about the other Muslim countries.
 
Well, let's face it Islam has gotten some very bad press over the last decade. Some very well-deserved and some not.
It would go a long way toward civilized debate and positive propaganda if everything that happens in the world does not boil down to finger pointing and blame placing between Muslims and Jews.

Too often the hatred, violence and death is excused by both sides as a case of 5 yrs old yelling "He started it first." Attack, retaliation, Attack retaliation, lather rinse repeat.

I would like to see more value put on human life in these debates instead of reducing each side to cartoons or stereotypes. Every death is a tragedy.
 
Judaism does not incite terrorism Jews treat women fairly not as second class citizens, they do not stone people in public these days for adultery nor do they cut off hands or legs for stealing..They respect other religions.and do not employ religious police. Religions that do the above are deserving of criticism

Initially I think we need to set something straight here. The BBC incessantly complains about Israel and Jews, it's the only thing they ever do apart from being hypocritical biased bastards telling us how Britain is so much better than the rest of the world.
Now, you must be a white supremacist, which does not surprise me the least, considering that that's all your country created in the past 20 years, apart from Hooligans and Chavs, but why is it exactly is it that you hate Jews so much? Why is it that you instruct your media to portray the poor Jews monsters, when all they do is bomb a few Palestinians in self-defense!

Ah yeah and that cartoon wasn't recent, unless you count 3 years ago as recent.
 
I'll bet you never knew that Mohammad and Jesus were friends. One day Mohammad was riding his donkey in the desert when he saw Jesus walking. He stopped and told Jesus to ride for awhile but the donkey wouldn't move. Mohammad told Jesus to hit the donkey with his stick. Jesus beat him several times more. Then Jesus really flailed on Mohammads donkey, but by then Mohammad was angry.
Why did Mohammad get angery?

Because Jesus whipped Mohammads ASS ! ! !
 
Are you kidding? The Danish cartoonists were villified! If Muslims were so concerned about their image, they wouldn't commit suicide bombings or blow up hotels!
