why is it looked down upon to have sex when you are 13?

because when you are only 13 you are not mature enough to handle what could happen from having sex...becoming pregnant, STDs...these are not thing that a 13 year old should have to worry about and they could very well happen from having sex. So just wait until you are mature enough to handle a mistake if it were to happen
 
cuz ur just going through puberty
trust me. a few years later the obsesion dies down a little
 
yes, and in the olden days people weren't being fully educated about the responsibilities of sex. maybe you should be educated about the topic seeing as you think it is okay to have sex at 13.
 
im guessing you have had sex at 13. i would knock you out if you were my kid. in todays culture that is considerd nasty. no one will want you when you get older.
