I got my bike stolen on campus so i reported it, in person, to the police. And they told me it was probably confiscated and I could only get it back if i gave them a detailed written description AND if it was licensed.
This is pure theivery.
I yelled at them for stealing my bike and they told me to get the f--- out or i will get in deep trouble. ME, in deep trouble, when the f-ing cops stole my bike.
Who can I talk to to get these criminals' badges and guns confiscated, and their pensions sent to my bank account for their violation of my legal and civil rights?
The cops "harvest" bikes at least twice a year, and sell them at auction. Their excuse is that the bikes are not licensed. But in reality, they just want the money. This is illegal and they need to be sued, maybe even class action.
They take HUNDREDS if not THOUSANDS of bikes every single semester.
