Why is it considered Food Poisoning if you cook Frozen chicken in the oven?

I put 2 big pieces and 1 small piece of boneless skinless chicken breast in a oven safe dish but it is only oven safe up to 400 degrees I put it at 375 just to be safe.


I topped the chicken with cheddar cheese soup and a thing of cream cheese.


How long will it take to cook?

And yeah it may sound horrible to you but I throw things together,I'm NOT picky
 
Cover it with foil and cook for about 45 minutes. Then remove the foil and cook for 15 minutes to crisp up the top. If you have any bread crumbs or corn flakes or french fried onions, you can add those during the last 15 minutes for a crunchy topping.
