like, We live in the United States of America, for crying out loud. If you are a woman and you want to get screened, you want to get a mammography at age 30, you go get one. Get an insurance company to pay for it or pay for it out of your pocket. If you want one you should get it.

It's called a social contract. If you want to live in a society and benefit from it - from it's laws protecting your body, your property, your rights, etc - then you have to agree to follow its laws. Or you can leave the society that is managed by government.
 
It is not their business. That is called tyranny, when they stay out of your business that is called freedom. I think it was Thomas Jefferson that said, When the people fear the government that is tyranny, when the government fears the people that is freedom.
 
Because thats what a government does, it governs people. It is their business, because thats what their job is. Without a government telling us what to do, we would be Somalia, who has no government to tell them what to do.

when it affects me .
