Why is it always RACE, and never the CULTURE?

What about a black immigrant who raises his children born here in America in an all white community? What about if they instill cultural values from the parent's home country? What race do you think the child will most likely involve themselves with??

To answer your question specifically, the child will most likely become whatever his/her peers are. If the children go to an all white school they will adopt the cultures of their peers and vice versa.

I love people of all colors/races, its the culture of some people that I can't stand. Skin color has nothing to do with a person's behavior, unless it effected the culture they were raised in and adopted.

There aren't more black people in prison because people with black skin are more troublesome to society, its because the culture that those black people grew up in taught those people to commit crime and that it was expected.Obviouslyy this does not apply to ever dark skinned person, there are many black people who are contributing members of society, as well as many white people who commit crimes. I'm simply pointing out that it has nothing to do with skin color, but rather the culture that people adopt.
