Why is it all over the news that catholic priests are abusing children? Why?

Father Joseph is absolutely correct. Though what I would like to clarify is that the Church is completely Infallible, and that it was the Clergy who made errors in handling these case. I wanted to clarify this for those who lack the understanding of the Roman Catholic Church.
 
I believe that many priests go into such a field because they feel that they are gay and figure that if they take an oath of chastity, God would prevent them from having such urges.
