Why is India all of a sudden so angry?

India has done nothing about terrorist attacks before. Many times before elements in Pakistan has attacked cities like Mumbai and killed hundreds of people. In 2006 for example over 200 people died in a terror attack in Mumbai. Why is India all of a sudden so angry and serious about this war on terror? They worent before you know..
 
They've had enough of having their ear flicked and being told not to react by the West. It's been flicked once too many and now they're taking action. They weren't serious before because it hadn't affected them before. Peoples views change when something happens to them.
