Why is funding a problem in American education?

I am not from America, so I am not too knowledgeable about its education system. I know, however, that there are many problems in American education, and funding seems to be one of the biggest ones. Why is funding a problem in American education?
 
Americans are jerk and they scares from Indian education system they trying to make it better but unfortunately they are child from the mind they don't know the proper way of talking of their own language

Funding is not a problem in American education, there is more than enough money, the problem is that our educational system is still lacking and the only way that the government attempts to solve problems is by throwing money at it.

The biggest problem in the American educational system is the lack of parental involvement. Some parents don't want to take responsibility over there children's education and demand the government take care of it. The government sees the lacking system makes an excuse for it and throws more money at it.
 
Education is largely funded at the state and local level. That means that poorer school systems have less money to put into their schools and poorer states also have fewer funds available. It also means that you can have a tremendous inequity within a state between affluent suburban school systems and poorer rural school systems. But, honestly, good teachers can make a huge difference no matter how much money is available within the schools. The single factor that makes the biggest difference is the family's attitude toward education. If the parents encourage and support their kids, read to them early on, provide access to books, supervise homework and stay connected to the schools, their children are more likely to do well in school and be successful. And that parental attitude is something that can't be purchased for any amount of money.
