Why is Android (2.2) better than iOS (4.1)?? Basically Nexus One vs iPhone 4?

I was just wondering wether to get an Android (2.2) phone (Nexus One) (from a source) or the iPhone 4??? Please state why each is better and worse than other. Pro Cons and Compare
