Why is Adobe Flash 10 not working/crashing in Firefox?

I keep trying to run flash based programs, web pages, streams and such and its just not working- it keeps crashing! Never had problems with Firefox like this before! Any idea on what to do?
I also tried Google Chrome and Flash for streams isn't working there either...I keep downloading and uninstalling the most recent flash too. Nada

Can still view Youtube vids though.
 
i have installed adobe flash10 many times but its not working on youtube!what's the problem!!!
