I got a nice messenger bag for Christmas, but it frustrates me to no end that my parents spend money on things I don't need. Help me talk myself into wanting to use this messenger bag.
Why I like my backpack:
It's efficiently sized, and its never been too small.
It's comfortable.
It's unique.
Its durable.
Why I don't think I'll like a messenger bag:
It's bulky.
It will be unwieldy in crowded classrooms.
It's large enough that I can see my books sliding around in it.
It's meant to be worn asymmetrically.
It seems uncomfortable to walk with.
They're too fucking trendy!!! It pisses me off!
The color scheme is annoying.
The money spent on it could have helped me pay for any number of other things i would very much enjoy.
Also keep in mind, my bike ride consists of a 7-10 minute ride to/from school.
And for the winter months in Montreal, I won't be biking, until at least April.
