why is 02 chrysler sebring over heating?

my 02 sebring is over heating when it is sitting still or drving in traffic,
when moving t goes back down. i dont know what wroung with it.
 
You have an issue with your fan. It is not turning on to allow air to pass through the radiator. It could be as simple as the fuse- or it could be wiring, or may need to be replaced.

Definitely have it checked out- like Eric said, you don't want BIG problems from a little one.

Also, I wouldn't recommend driving it unless you have to to get it repaired.
