Does the catholic guy come across as logical and the baptist guy comes across as full of hate and bigotry.

Look it up on you tube, "baptist Catholic debate" I think its that dope Peter Ruckman.

What I find funny is that the host is a ruckman supported who in some how must think he won the debate when any "normal person" would see he lost it.

"I dont have a wafer God"

Its so funny, like most baptists he takes all the bible verses he uses out of context.

One person in the audience asks keating "what do you think of this verse"

He just responds, "I dont know what you mean I have just given you 10 verses that explain why that is wrong"

Its very good.

What do you think

I think Catholics need to realize that they aren't the "true" church (no offense to any of you) and baptists need to get off their high horses, and realize that we ALL believe in the SAME GOD.

Non-Denomination Christion POV.

There are several Protestant sects that emphasize emotionalism over well formed argument.

But to be fair, there are many Catholics who do the same. The situation has played out many times where the Catholic comes across as a bigot and the Protestant the "logical reasoner."

In many areas of the US, Catholics tend to have better arguments since they are used to defending their (minority) position. In Catholic dominated areas, the reverse is true.

ssdd, always thumping the Bible at Catholics...I think most Catholics have heard it for so long, it's become humorous

What do I think? I think you can't determine anything about Catholic vs Baptist with that one debate

Probably because you are not looking at a scholarly debate..
