...USA Fundamentalism? That is, considering the small percentage SDAs represented among USA Christians in the late 1800's and early 1900's, why did their interpretations of Bible passages such as Genesis 1 and the Flood account become so mainstream?
Yes, I'm aware that Whitcomb & Morris in THE GENESIS FLOOD mainstreamed George Mcready Price, but that in itself seems unlikely (for them to adopt the views of SDAs when they otherwise considered SDA a cult.)
