Why haven't I heard back from this college yet...does rolling admission really...

...take this long? I always thought that colleges that had "rolling admission" would deliver their decision to you within 2 to 10 weeks but I've been waiting for almost 12 weeks now and I haven't heard a thing! Why is this? How long does rolling admission actually take?
