Why have i got really sharp pain from my stomach to my hart?

I keep getting this really sharp pain from my stomach to my hart and it gets so bad I just end u crying and can't move because it hurts so much I do take paracetamol when I get this pain but it doesn't help at all. I get this pain once or twice a month and I hate it. I've been to the doctors but they didn't know what was wrong with me. I'm 14 and can't stand this pain I have it now and its horrible can someone help me please I hate it
 
You could just keep pulling your stomach muscles?
Or there could be some tissue damage.

What is your iron level, cholesterol level and blood pressure like?
Have they taken any blood tests?
