J James R New member Jan 10, 2011 #1 When I go to 'My Bluetooth' it says 'The attatched bluetooth dongle is not supported.' and I cannot send or recieve files anymore, it was working perfectly but just stopped working, I only got the laptop a month ago. The laptop is the new HP Dv6.
