Born poor or middle class, study hard and entering the medical faculty and passing out as a doctor is fast becoming more of an unreachable dream for many students in almost every country. All what you need to do is pay a good some of money to a private university and even if you get very low marks in school they still take you on as a medical student . 4 years later you come out with a medical degree and work at a hospital or find work as a doctor in another country .
It's happening all over Asia, middle east, Africa, Eastern europe and even in Ireland and australia, while india , Sri lanka and China been the worst culprits. Bogus medical degrees for huge sums of cash even if you are a Goat.
The result is dead patients and very happy coffin manufactures along with satisfied undertakers.
