Why flv videos play strange (youtube, vimeo) in all browsers?

Hey guys! I have windows 7 and the ultimate flash player, and for a few days it seems like something's wrong with it. Every time i wanna watch a youtube or a vimeo, or any flv based player, appears a green line on the top and the video's image is doubled. And it's happening in al browsers (Opera, Firefox, Chrome, etc.)
