...better when you hold up traffic? Doesn't it make sense that any slow moving car-truck-motorcycle or Amish Buggy have some type of bright green or orange something on it?
T Bone? personal experience, riding home from work today the traffic was backed up from a Harley riding in a rain storm.
Ganymedes, thats great a bright yellow jacket, thats good common sense, your an experienced rider, but around here all the beginners that were never on a motorcycle before own HD's, and I just wish they had a good friend like you or me to ride with to show them how to ride it.

Its actually a law that slow moving vehicles that only travel 25mph or slower display an orange triangle bordered in red measuring 12'' wide by 13" tall, like horse drawn wagons such as Amish carts, farm & construction tractors. If the guy on the harley was going slow in the rain its highly unlikely it held up any traffic as he was simply being as safe as he needed to be. I can't think of a single reason you would have a problem with that. I suppose you take the rain in stride and ride at or above the speed limit even in rain right? NO you don't because your bicycle won't go that fast. So, yes you need to wear a vest with a triangle..

Do you get beat up a lot? Or do you just hide out in your moms basement wackin it and thinking up dumb sh%t to ask people.
