Why don't people like the health care reform?

I'm not an American and in my country everyone gets health care for free and dental care is almost free too. It's of course funded by tax money. I notice that they don't like it. Why? If everyone will be able to get and afford health care what's bad about that?

There is still a middle man insurance company and that is not real capitalism.

Because it ends up costing more money for the people who work whereas the people who sit on their behind the entire day get something for nothing.
