Why don't my nokia 5800 XM upgrade its firmware?

i've tried directly from the mobile it says that the last upgrade is already installed but it is the oldest one (v20.0.012) and the last upgrade for 5800 is v31.0.008 i've tried from the computer using nokia software updater and it says the same
i don't know what to do please help
