Any guy who boasts what a great lover he is obviously is NOT or he'd know how much women vary and that what might be great for one woman might be disappointing for another. The fact he THINKS he's great means he's undoubtedly too self-absorbed to notice different reactions and probably so incompetent that women fake it so he'll hurry up and be done with it.
