Why don't I see improvement!? :(?

The only sport I play is baseball. I lift with my coach and team four times a week morning and night. I hit bp and tee and work on ground balls and throws twice a week. I work on speed twice a week also. The problem is I'm still slow, I can't hit that much better and I still make lots of errors. Idk what to do! :(
